As we are a French brand and company, our prices are all in euros. Maison Tadaboum reserves the right to modify them at any time. But it will not affect your statutory rights.


The shipping costs and Customs duties are not included in the price and may vary depending on the countries.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Alipay as payment methods.

IMPORTANT FOR NON-EU ORDERS: We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This only for non-EU orders.


We dispatch all orders within 2-6 days (Monday – Friday) with the exception of sales and peak periods where this may take longer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If you change the delivery address, there will be an additional charge, which you will have to pay to the courier company directly upon delivery.

If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us at info@maisontadaboum.com within 24 hours and we will contact the courier company.

We accept returns of products when, for instance, you do not like the product you ordered or you have chosen the wrong size, and you wish to return it.

Under these circumstances you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

At the date of receiving your package, you have 14 days to return it.

We cannot exchange returned products for another size or item. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product or change the size.

If, however, Maison Tadaboum has made a mistake regarding your order we will assume the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible at info@maisontadaboum.com.

These are the steps to return an ítem:

    1. Items to be returned must be unworn and in perfect conditions, with all labels on and original packaging.
    2. Box must be well sealed and protected to avoid any damage during courier transport, we do not accept any responsibility for any damaged garment on a shipping not managed directly by Maison Tadaboum.
    3. Download Return form and complete it and send it with the items you want to return.
    4. When returning the goods to us, you may ship the parcel with a carrier of your choice.
    5. Maison Tadaboum will refund the amount of the returned goods through the same payment method you used to purchase your order within 15 days.

Please note that Maison Tadaboum cannot be held responsible for articles that are lost or damaged during transport.
